**Position: Outlet Manager**
We are currently seeking an Outlet Manager to join our team and oversee the sales and operations of our PPF, coating, and tinting services at Autobarn outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
- Coordinate with the management team to optimize inventory levels and product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of outlet staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing staff, sales, and operations, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive aesthetics services such as PPF, coating, and tinting is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
