**Responsibilities**:

- Handling and keep up to date IT inventory and ensuring all software installed has a valid license.
- Ensure timely of support and services to end-users.
- To create and keep up to date system documentation.
- Have a strong analytical thinking, good time management, structuring and problem-solving skill (issue identifying, root cause, resolutions and recommendation).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work independently with minimum supervision.
- End users support including remote branches.
- Undertakes project work or ad-hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 5 years of working experience in IT or the relevant field
- Experiences in Windows servers environment, NAS / SAN backup.
- Office equipment support such as printers, copier, projectors and other IT related end-user infrastructures.
- Manage system security and permission.
- Handling project management.
- Negotiate with vendors.
- Added value if possess certifications such as Cisco, FortiGate, Microsoft PowerShell.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
