**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 4 years** of experience in IT Security related working experience in Financial Services Industry (FSI)
- **Minimum 4 years** of experience in supporting delivery/execution by appropriate reviews at various stages of the program execution.
- **Minimum 4 years** of experience Networking (firewalls, switching, dynamic routing protocols, proxies, static and rule based routing, NAC, load-balancer, etc.). Proficient at securing systems (e.g. common OS, network equipment)
- **Minimum 4 years **of experience Network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SSL/TLS, IPSec, DNS, SNMP, etc.)
- **Minimum 4 years** of experience Network security devices (IPS/IDS, VPN, WAF, D/DoS and vulnerability management

**Certifications: (Only if applicable)**:

- Possess professional certifications such as SANS GIAC (GSEC, GCED, GCIA, GPEN, GCIH), ITIL, COBIT, PMP, CISSP, CISM and TOGAF would be added advantage
- Certificate for any of the firewall platform or networking area is a plus.

1. Drive and provide technical leadership for on-going delivery of network security solutions for Maybank Group. Have sufficient networking experience to tightly cooperate with communications network team engineers to deliver the solutions on a wide scale covering all the networking aspects.
2. Manage the delivery and implementation of network security projects in cooperation with various stakeholders, and define, monitor and control project work plan, milestones, schedule and budgets.
3. Participate in Cyber Defense Capabilities Program to collaborate and co-ordinate with internal and external engineers, analysts and other key stakeholders on the cyber defense architecture, requirements, design, implementation and BAU transition of network security solutions, and ensure consistency and compliance with relevant architectural principles, policies and standards.
4. Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements.
5. Research and study information security standards and architecture/platform, conduct enterprise network security and vulnerability analysis and risk assessments, and consult with operational department on network security controls to ensure compliance with various regulatory and compliance requirements.
6. Participate in investigation, evaluation, selection of new approaches, methods and next-generation security technologies, conduct research and provide documented and evaluated architectural options to meet requirements. Present and obtain endorsement on complex designs for critical network security infrastructure from senior management at formal review boards.
7. Participate in product and vendor selection providing the security evaluation of network security products, options and responses to tenders.
8. Ensure adequate security measures are implemented for network security solutions prior deployment such as vulnerability assessment, system hardening, privileged ID handover, patching, load-testing, etc.
9. Create designs and support documentation for the delivered infrastructure. Raise change records and execute activity while adhering to Bank’s change management processes and procedures.
10. Support and perform trouble-shooting of network security devices and systems delivered during transition/handover period.
12. Builds strong relationships and communication channel with key internal to ensure that all relevant areas of the business are represented in the design of solutions within the area of responsibility.
13. Maintain consistent relationship and operation engagement with Security solution principals, distributors, vendors, and partners for latest security technology updates and cyber security trend.
