**Job Descriptions**:

- Product listings: To ensure the product listings are well-written, informative, and engaging include high-quality images, detailed product descriptions, and any relevant information about the product’s features, specifications, and benefits.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and make sure warehouse has enough stock to meet demand.
- Shipping and Fulfillment: Responsible to arrange order fulfilment. To process the order, monitor packing and ensure delivery to customer is completed.
- Review and Rating: Encourage customers to leave review and rating.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and compliants, and work to resolve any issues on a timely basis.
- Other tasks assigned by manager from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in some softwares: Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop
- Able to communicate in mandarin, english, and malay at the basic to intermediate level
- Team player
- Good time-management skills

Pay: From RM1,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
