Job Scope:
1. Provide general information to employees and implementing office procedures.
2. Essential skills for the job are communication abilities, attention to details, problem-solving capacities, and being able to follow instructions
3. Documentation, data entry, compiling documents, coordinating schedule and preparing reports.
4. Basic accounting functions, assist in book keeping, invoicing & filing to ensure data and records are kept up to date.
5. Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production, performing any combination of following duties.
