JR51676 Assembly IPPC

Responsible for Assy loading requirement and execution to support business needs. To work with various stake holders to ensure understanding on the built plan, capacity feasible and completed within cycle time. Tracks production progress and review factors which affect schedulers. Able to communicate production schedules to manufacturing team and ensure area tool capacity can meet output requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute Assy built plan, work closely with Planner, IE, Material, Chip Stock, Equipment, Process and Manufacturing team.
- To take into account Assembly’s load in, projected outs, Raw Material availability and equipment capacities.
- Communicate daily production plans to manufacturing and equipment teams to facilitate meeting of targets.
- Monitor output performance to Goal and attend production meeting to gather necessary information or issue in production that impact output.
- Track and monitor WIP movements and production output to ensure targets are met. Expedite materials movement when required.
- Identify and communicate capacity constraints.
- Constantly work with IE on capacity flexibility & recipe proliferation on capacity bottleneck areas.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any field
- Knowledge in Basic Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skill, proactive attitude & ability to work within the team
- Ability to multi-tasking & work under dynamic / fast pace working environment
- Good analytic skills
- Ability to take on additional assignments / tasks whenever is required
- Ability to work in a unique workday schedule
- To back up Team mates on the daily task whenever is required
