The Digital Services team is dedicated to empowering e-commerce sellers with innovative digital tools that automate and streamline the e-commerce process. Our solutions integrate seamlessly with our delivery services, offering an unparalleled end-to-end solution in the market.

We are on the hunt for a Product Management Intern to bring fresh ideas and energy to our team. This role will directly support our Product Management team, playing a key role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital service offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the research, design, and development of new product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product initiatives.
- Help manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on impact and business objectives.
- Participate in user testing sessions, gathering feedback to inform product decisions.
- Support the creation of product documentation and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- A passion for technology, with a keen interest in the tech and logistics industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to convey complex ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach to work.
- Prior experience in product management, development, or a related field through internships or projects.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, or similar project management software.
