Content Writer

**Job description**
- Ability to quickly learn new industries and produce professional content which includes researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Completing writing projects, meeting deadlines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications
- Research industry-related topics as per client need
- Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
- Write clear marketing copy to promote client’s products/services
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Post content for social media including writing Facebook status updates, tweets, blog posts and etc as required
- Ability to work with teams remotely and physically

**Requirement**
- 2+ year of experience in content writing/development
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communication or marketing
- Strong command of English (reading, writing and communication skills). Additional language like Hindi, Bengali, Tagalog or others are a plus
- Proficient in using Word and tech savvy
- Able to work within timelines provided
- Experience producing copy for print and digital media channels
- Proven success in producing copy for advertising or marketing campaigns
- Exceptional skill in social media writing, including use of hashtags and relevant acronyms
- Good to have - Experience with team communication tool like Trello
- Experience with SEO concepts and social media marketing
- Able to cope with providing content for a variety of industries
- Is a team player and eager to learn
