Carry out all types of Building maintenance services.

To carry out Job Ticket as per in IMS Engineering
- SOP Repair & Maintenance.

To carry assigned pager/handphone and respond accordingly.

To attend to emergency work request as and when required.

To carry out planned preventive maintenance and checklist

Ensure that the workshop/plant environment is safe.

Any other works assigned by supervisor, asst. supervisor ,engineering executives / officials and engineering management from time to time.
