Manufacturing Training Technician

Designs, organizes, and delivers technical training classes for employees in manufacturing and process engineering.
- Develops tests and visual aids, coordinates class arrangements, and creates technical documents and drawings, schematics, hardware drawings, BOM's, test documents, and design documents.
- Coordinates the documentation of training plans for individual positions and specific needs.
- Supports training delivery with logistics support, quality management support, or training department administrative support and other duties as assigned.
- Works closely with Engineers and Managers in Manufacturing to develop and deliver technical training that meets the needs of the factory.
- Develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of manufacturing training activities.
- Creates and maintains processes for tracking of training plan setup, training records, and training completion in compliant with Quality Management System.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:

- Technical Diploma, with at least 1 year of working experience
- Possesses L1/L2/L3 training certification and technical/training experience in factory related operation/tool
- Strong planning, project, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge in Die Prep/Die Sort/Assembly Test Operation and Process
