QA Executive

**Main Responsibilities as follow**:

- Manage a team of quality supervisors and inspectors to ensure good quality products.
- To support in inspector recruitment process
Manage the quality team for continuous quality improvement and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Production team to ensure quality control are within specification and good quality is assured.
- Support QA manager in complaint investigation and implementation of prevention.
- Support in customers’ audits or 3rd party certification audits
- Support in routine GMP and Pest Control audit walkthrough.
- Ensure the overall Quality Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time, reporting and recommending to management of continual improvement of such programs.
- Review and update Company manuals & SOP documentation
- Make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards.
- Support and consult other departments in problem analysis and corrective action.
- Liaison with external certification body, auditor on all quality/manufacturing audits and reports summary findings.
- Quality related performance of company's product to meet customer requirement.
- Ensure all open issue such as hazard, policies, objectives targets, audit results, feedback/complaints resolved within the time frame given.

**Requirements**:

- Have Knowledge in FSMS/QMS implementation
- Experience in handling audits, customer complaints & other non-conformance activities.
- Education Level: Degree or above in Chemical Engineering/ Food Technologist, Quality Engineering and any related course
