Service Crew

**POSITION: SERVICE CREW**

Understand each station responsibilities and run daily operation under proper S.O.P guidance. Provide good customer service and maintain café experience (vision & mission).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Study and understand stations responsibilities and ready to cover stations anytime.

2. Provide two ways communication between customers and departmental lead.

3. Provide good customer service and maintain serving quality.

4. Prepare all station supply needs.

5. Understand and fulfill S.O.P guidance.

6. Fulfill customer needs and request.

7. Provide cleanliness and hygiene work of working stations.

8. Ensure all equipment used are under safety regulations and with cautions.

9. Ensure all equipment are protected and used with care.

10. Ensure stations are fully equipped before operation starts.

11. Ensure stations are fully cleaned after operation ends.

12. Follow instructions given by lead.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 48 per week
