**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets, i.e. ticket assignment, prioritization, escalation and resolution
- Provide IT Onsite support as required
- Deployment and setup of Computer for new/existing users
- Deployment and maintenance
- Deployment and maintenance of Printers and Scanners
- Deployment and maintenance of Corporate Mobile devices
- Projects eg. New Store/ Office, Store/ Office renovations, New Pop up store, events, New Applications etc.
- Office 365 services
- Internet and intranet connection services
- File Share and Print services
- VPN remote access services
- Network/ Server Equipment support
- Maintenance of IT Equipment room at Stores/offices including Power Maintenance, Housekeeping and Environment monitoring
- CCTV security administration
- IT Asset management ie. To manage and ensure Local IT Asset inventory is well maintained
- Facilitate Procurement process for IT hardware/ software asset
**Job Requirements**
- Min. 3 years of End User IT computing experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and equivalent administration.
- Excellent support experience in areas of desktops, laptops, printers and MS Office software
- IT related Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications such as MCP and ITIL will be advantageous
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
