As a Business Analyst, you will:

- Define business, functional, and non-functional requirements and associated acceptance criteria through relevant documentation to ensure business buy-in
- Perform business valuation and estimation
- Identify dependencies to other teams or systems during the course of analysis
- Set up KPI for different feature
- Build up business knowledge in Swedish pension experience
- Document current and future state of business processes
- Improve and streamline business processes and requirements to achieve business & IT goals
- Work closely with technical and UX team to design solutions that meet and deliver the required business outcome
- Manage stakeholders across the business by communicating, setting expectation and driving common understanding
- Assist with preparation of material and providing training/assistance to end users following implementation
- Assist in UAT phase and launch coordination by working closely with testers to review test cases
- Vocal and active in team discussions
- Collaborate with business and development teams across Sweden and Malaysia
- Ensuring that the highest standards of integrity that the team has created with our business are maintained

**Qualifications**:
Must Have:

- Relevant years of experience in the software industry in a Business Analyst role;
- Good oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills
- Experience in creating UML Diagram
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience of Business Analysis techniques in IT environment
- Willing to work in an Agile environment
- Ability to analyze the current process and make improvement.
- Experience assisting in UAT process
- Comfortable communicating across business divisions and levels of seniority

Nice to have:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Business Management or Project Management)
- Knowledge of general business processes and functions in the - Insurance / Life and Pension / Banking and Financial Industry
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in an Agile environment.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
