**Main Duties and Key Responsibilities**:
1. Receive materials and check quantities against Invoices or Delivery Order to maintain quality standards.

2. Demonstrate adept space planning skills to optimize storage capacity, maintaining a tidy arrangement of materials with clear labeling and accurate production or expiration dates.

3. Maintain proper records of all materials issuances, diligently update the system to reflect inventory changes.

4. Ensures that materials are issued through the FIFO system and conducts month-end inventory counting and confirmation.

5. Conduct monthly inventory checks and reconcile any discrepancies.Ensure materials are stored under optimal conditions, regulating freezer and cool room temperatures within specified ranges.

6. Ensures cleanliness and high hygiene standards in storage areas.Collaborate with Kitchen, Restaurant, and Procurement teams.

7. Flexibly engage in ad-hoc duties to support team efforts as needed.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Possess SPM/ STPM or equivalent qualification.

2. Proficient in spoken, written, and reading Mandarin.

3. Strong communication skills and strong emotional intelligence (EQ).

4. Skilled in organizing goods efficiently.Strong interpersonal skills, a good temper, and a strong moral character.

5. Stable work history with good attendance.

6. Physically fit and capable of handling tasks effectively.

7. Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
