- able to communicate well with customer in term of daily delivery activity
- able to work in team work, able to work with transport planner and drivers
- direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- complete the job assigned in the period of time assigned
Key skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer services in logistics and transportation
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- At least graduation from diploma
