Supervisor - Compounding

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Supervise operator during latex compounding, chemicals weighing/mixing process and others solution preparation is performed following correct daily compound order quantity from production, follow correct chemical composition and follow steps/quality as per working instruction (SOP).
2. Supervise operator on consistency batching of preparation/mixing for latex compounding, coagulant, polymer, KSCA/AC35 solution, KOH, neutralization, acid nitric, KHI2 and etc which require from time by time by production and follow steps/quality as per working instruction (SOP).
3. Ensure compounded latex, coagulant or others preparation are within QA specification approval.
4. Ensure all the documentation and testing method are complies with the ISO 9002 / EN 46002 / ASTM / SMG / AS specification.
5. Planning and Operate the Compounding Batch Control System (CBCS) and KPCS system for every compounding and chemicals solution.
6. To counter-checking all the weight for compounding material and production on-line chemicals are correct and within the specification.
7. To supervisor the compounding workers in a manner that working instruction, rules & Regulation Company are strictly followed.
8. To ensure all compounding documents and records are follow ISO standard.
9. To conduct product improvement programs (R&D) when it is necessary.
10. To be responsible for the overall compounding area activity including cleaning mixer/Holding tank/filter system, Diaphragm pump, house keeping and maintenance facilities (motor stirrer, Weighing scale) in good condition.
11. To monitor stock level and usage of all the latex and compounding chemicals.
12. Other assigned duties as required. (Monthly/Daily Stock Count, Softener water/KOH mixing monitoring and old latex disposal etc)

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
1. Minimum in Diploma of Engineering or minimum with 3 years working experiences as supervisor.
2. Willing to work on weekend and shift rotational pattern with rest day on weekday.
3. Independent and highly motivated with less supervision during working.
4. AESP and AGTES competent person (is advantages).

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
