**Responsibilities**:

- Project management, lead and assist in the planning and implementation including participate in the design and testing phases.
- Draw up the project plans, dependencies and communicate across the project team to align everyone towards the scope, timeline and budget committed.
- Facilitate the project missions, goals, tasks and resource management.
- Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
- Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools and assist project team members to achieve their work packages.
- Ensures that project status, issues and successes are communicated to project team, stakeholders, sponsors, steering committee and all levels of management and documented appropriately.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience, in managing various projects in technical environment.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex and diverse environment.
- Good command of English. (verbal and written)
- Willing to based at Resorts World Genting
