Manage Human Resource responsibilities in the areas of manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management and development.
- Formulate and develop Malaysia HR policies and procedures for senior / executive management decision.
- Develop compensation and benefits strategy / programs to achieve external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Serve as a business partner by providing consultation on organization design and operational effectiveness. Play a key role in the evaluation, creation and modification of organization structures, team effectiveness strategies, and change management programs.
- Oversee and manage government compliance, record retention and training requirements associated with local laws, audits and certification in respective locations.
- Provide coaching in areas of conflict resolution, employment law compliance and workplace safety and well-being. Investigate and resolve HR issues.
- Supervise and direct HR Executive.
- Oversee plant facility / office administration including cleaning services, office equipment, travel arrangement, etc.

Act a primary interface with employee development, recruitment and compliance service providers.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 10 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
