**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the sourcing and negotiating price, technical and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Sourcing new suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Ensure costing for each project are analyzed accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing
- Perform any other duties as assign by superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates in Certificate or Diploma in Business/Management/Accounting or equivalent
- Training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet
- Fast learner, responsible and able to work in a team.
- Skills in communication, English
