**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible to Head of IT for company's functions covering installation and maintenance of IT equipment and infrastructure from based location (HQ).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking ownership of user problems and proactive when dealing with user issues.
- Maintaining a log of any software/ hardware problems.
- Escalate issues outside the scope to the relevant IT support team in HQ.
- Monitor utilization of resources of IT equipment.
- Perform any of the tasks at another nearby branch as and when instructed.
- Other related tasks as required from time to time upon instructions from IT HQ.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION/ QUALIFICATION**

Minimum Education : Diploma In IT / Computer Science.

Others : Familiar with IT Language (JAVA, Linux, etc).

Willing to work regardless of place and time.

Creative and enthusiastic.

Required experience: At least 1 year

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
