**Job Description**:
- Assist lawyers in handling sale and purchase agreements, both sub-sale and housing projects.
- Assist lawyers in handling all loan documentation for end-financing.
- Handle all other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc. **Liaise with clients, banks, relevant authorities and etc.**
- Monitor the progress of clients' files and update lawyers on weekly basis.
Job Requirements:
- Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proper command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Positive working attitude. Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
