The HR Specialist roles include but not limited to the human resources functions on recruitment and retention, disciplinary matters, employees’ communication, training & development, HR projects and initiatives as the key responsibilities:
- **Recruitment**
- To identify and analyse staffing needs across the organization along with the Company’s directions and strategies on overall talent management and not limited to organizational changes, restructuring activities, etc.
- To develop proper recruitment strategies to fill vacancies quickly and cost effectively.
- To keep abreast of local labour market conditions and practices to adopt/ update the recruitment and staffing policy and procedures.
- Conduct new employee on-boarding and HR briefing.

**Disciplinary Procedure**
- To attend to employee grievances/ complaints/ inquiries and resolves them at the lowest possible level in clarifying misunderstanding and preserving harmonious working relationships.
- To work with HOD to determine whether a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is appropriate and to provide guidance to both the manager and employee for the duration of the plan.
- To provide advisory directive in staff performance issues
- Employee relations and regulatory compliance

**Training & Development**
- Identifies gaps in skills and competencies
- Identifies main training needs and prepares the training plan for the entire organization.

**HR Documents**
- Assist in drafting HR policies, HR Manual and any other HR forms/documents.
- Generating official internal documents such as warning letters, presentation slides, HR announcements, service provider term of business etc.

**Others**
- Collaborate with vendors on gift and premium items for HR activities/ event.
- Proactively looks for ways to improve/ enhance current functions within HR.
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
- To review the HR internal processes from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
