Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
2) Collaborate with Business Development teams to understand customer needs and create targeted onboarding strategies that align with company objectives.

3) Create engaging content for onboarding materials, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media posts, to educate customers about our products/services and maximize their value.

4) Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline the onboarding process and deliver personalized experiences to customers at scale.

5) Monitor and analyse onboarding metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding experience.

6) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of onboarding materials and resources.

7) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding and marketing automation to drive continuous improvement.

8) Assist in developing customer segmentation and targeting strategies to tailor onboarding experiences based on customer preferences and behaviour.

9) To achieve monthly/yearly KPI set forth by the company.

10) Indonesia native speaker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
