Explain the menu to the Guests, help the guests to choose the beverage from the menu and the drink options. - Take orders and serve the Guest personally to make our guests feel cared for during their visit. - Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for Guest at the bar and in the restaurant - Prepare drinks upon receipt of the recognized order form as stipulated in the Beverage service standard - Follow any reasonable direction given by any Supervisor or any member of the Management staff. - Ensure sufficient mis en place is prepared per shift to meet the expected daily demand. Reporting any shortfalls or out of stock items to the Bar Manager. - Responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the bar area at all times, ensuring that all daily cleaning schedules are maintained. - Responsible for the safety of all operating equipment and bar service equipment, reporting any breakage or loss of equipment to the Bar Manager. - Ensure the correct storage and placement of all beverage and food stock, rotating all stock to ensure that there is no spoilage. And ensuring that the stock held in the bar is safe and secure at all times. - Record any new cocktail recipes encountered, that local clients favor. And ensure these are filed accordingly. - Perform any duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
