Graduate Trainee

As a management trainee, you will collaborate with other managers to plan and direct the work within the manufacturing operations.

Opportunity for you to gain and develop experience through placements in various departments throughout the organization, including technical, pattern making, moulding, reclaimer, melting, grinding, heat treatment and machine shop.

You ensure excellent communication and can accept responsibility& duties assigned to you, to gain knowledge and experience from internal Stakeholders.

**Key Technical Criteria**
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Engineering Metallurgy, Manufacturing or Science (1st class/2nd upper)
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal
- and communication skills, committed team player, eager to work in a multicultural environment
- Able to articulate and present your strategic proposal based on case studies provided.
