**Job brief**

We are looking for a **Wellness Therapist** to care for our customers/patients. You will also be responsible for assisting them and their family members at all times.

The goal is to promote customers well-being by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with the customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, etc.) and fill in customer’s/patient’s charts
- Assisting customers/patients before and after the treatment.
- Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
- Provide instant medical care in emergencies
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for customers/patients and their families and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule customers appointments accordingly as well as providing general support to the patients
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

**Requirements**:

- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Clinic/Medical preferred

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
