We are looking for a competent **Admin & PA** to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company and assist Manager of the company.

**Admin & PA** role is to support the Manager and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

**Position : Admin & PA**

**Location: Skov Wood Slab Kajang**

**Responsibilities**
- Office Admin & Support : Filing (electronic and physical) including secretarial files, IT troubleshooting, Kitchen and office supplies, suppo;
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and circulating correspondence;
- Drafting correspondence, arranging meetings on Managers’ behalf;
- Liaising with clients;
- Personal and professional diary management and logistics (flights, cars, meetings etc.);
- Provide a professional executive and personal assistance to the Managers, including handling personal matters discretely and confidentially;
- HR Assistance Contracts, leave schedules;
- Reception : welcoming guests.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Maintain an efficient filing system and ensure that all confidential matters pertaining are kept confidential.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment;
- Strong communication and human-relation skills;
- Good understanding of operations, practices and procedures;
- Proven experience as an administrator, office assistant in another relevant administrative role.
- Through understanding of office & factory management procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years and above experience in administrator.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Saturday.
- 09:00 am to 05.30 pm.
- On call with extra payment : If needed.

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Personal Assistant: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- D license? (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
