Wellness Therapist

**WELLNESS THERAPIST**

Within the LifeCare Group, LifeCare Wellness provide safe and proven therapies designed to optimize overall health and wellbeing of all individuals.

We specialize in providing non-invasive External Counterpulsation (ECP) Therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Job summary:
As Wellness Therapist, you will receive comprehensive training to expertly administer both External Counterpulsation and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, ensuring the highest level of care and effectiveness for our clients' wellbeing.
- Customer registration and recording of health parameter such as blood pressure
- Administer Therapies professionally
- Efficiently manage appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and adherence to appointment
- Establish good rapport with customers
- Ensuring good customer satisfaction after each treatment and follow-up for future treatment
- Responsible for the facilities maintenance by ensuring cleanliness, and tidiness of the treatment rooms and center
- Responsible in maintenance of the machines to ensure good condition
- Responsible to handle the machines and parts with care to prevent faulty
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and interventions
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the superior/manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field especially health-related field
- Previous job experience in the healthcare/wellness industry will be added advantage
- To provide good customer service experience
- To perform beyond clients' expectation and to have initiative at work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage
- 5.5 working days per week
- Monthly Basic Salary + Incentive

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
