Designation Technician / Handyman

Routine maintenance / repair, as directed involving the following on a daily basis

Job Descriptions:
▪ Replacement fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast (staircase, corridor and parking area), installation of emergency lighting and “KELUAR” signage

▪ Installation of power switchers, wall socket, fuses, etc

▪ Re-wiring and replace new cable - damaged and stolen

▪ Install / replace electric and telecom trunking cable - damaged and missing

▪ Replacing new timer for common area lighting - faulty

▪ Preventive maintenance (lighting)
- all mc’s Leaking / damaged

▪ Replace new roof (Tiles & asbestos) - roof blown off / missing

▪ Patch up the leaking area - roof leaking, slab leaking, bedroom, corridor, staircase, floor, drain gutter, rain water down pipe, sewerage pipe, ceiling (common area) etc.

▪ Fix new rain water down pipe / drain gutter damaged

▪ Replace new end cap - leaking / damaged

▪ Clear water ponding / rubbish - roof top Sewerage

▪ Clear manhole - toilet, sinky, floor trap, gully trap, rain water down pipe, sewerage pipe blockage

▪ Clear debris / rubbish at roof top - blockage Repairing

▪ Staircase - step edging

▪ Cement Chipped off - Staircase, corridor and common area

▪ Replace and re-welding staircase hand railing - missing

▪ Replace floor tiles - damaged

▪ Replace manhole cover and drain cover - damaged / missing

▪ Patch up potholes - parking area Painting

▪ Staircase wall and common area

▪ Parking area with numbering & arrow - car and motorbike

▪ Ceiling - common area

▪ Staircase hand railing Others

▪ Collect bulk rubbish

▪ Cutting & trimming tree

▪ Clear unwanted plant at roof top and common area

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
