1) Manage the daily operation of the restaurant such as staff management, inventory, etc. 2) Maintain the standard in food service, food quality, and the cleanliness of the restaurant following the standard of procedure of the company. 3) Ensuring the equipment and facilities of the restaurant follows the standard of procedure of the company. 4) Perform other duties as prescribed.
