**As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive business growth, enhance the customer experience, and ensure compliance with branding and regulatory guidelines. You will lead a team and work closely with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement an effective strategy to drive the growth and profitability of the online business.
- Drive the sales performance of the department to meet the Company's sales targets by introducing attractive digital promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all related content across platforms is regularly updated, complies with branding requirements, and adheres to the Company and regulatory guidelines.
- Plan, develop, and implement result-driven strategies in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok), internet marketing (company website, sales platforms), and content marketing, to grow the customer base and improve sales.
- Oversee and manage the customer service team to deliver excellent online customer service, achieving targets for online shop platform service ratings, quality ratings, chat response ratings, and order lead time, while efficiently and effectively handling the refund process.
- Oversee and manage the stock levels of all types of products on respective sales platforms, ensuring accurate sales order updates and maintenance.
- Continuously review the performance of the eCommerce platform and take necessary actions to improve conversion rates, average order value, and increase the number of visitors.
- To provide leadership and guidance to the internal and external stakeholders while collaborate with cross-functional team.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and proactively share industry insights and recommendations with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Company to support business objectives and vision.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in eCommerce management or a similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce strategies, platforms, and best practices.
- Experience in driving sales performance and achieving sales targets through digital promotional campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and technologies, as well as web analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM5,000 - RM8,000 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

Alternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Kawasan Perindustrian Meru, Kapar Klang

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
