Electrician Production Technician

**Role Overview**:
Super Rinse Industry Sdn Bhd an industrial launderette company is seeking a skilled Electrician cum Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems, in addition to operating and maintaining production machinery. This position requires a solid foundation in electrical principles, as obtained through an electrician degree from a technical college, and hands-on experience in managing both simple and complex electrical systems and production equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, including inspection of transformers, circuit breakers, and other components.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Conduct corrective maintenance on circuit breakers.
- Possess a thorough understanding of heating, air conditioning systems, and various test equipment.
- Maintain and repair large motors, equipment, and control systems in industrial settings.
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failure.
- Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Assemble machinery parts and report on defective products or machinery.
- Manage inventory levels, reporting any deficiencies in products or raw materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
- Oversee shipping procedures to ensure timeliness.
- Utilize manual techniques or forklift trucks for equipment transfer.

**Role Requirements**:

- Available to work weekdays and Saturdays.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical and production fields.
