Context & Mission Harmony Program Pillar5 aims to ensure that AXA GO Services are supported by robust monitoring and event processes, which enable action to be taken to avoid service interruption, or more efficiently understand the root cause of incidents (speeding recovery). This vision and mission is supported by Silva Event management (Powered by ServiceNow) standards to make sure that the correct engagement is made at the right time to the right people. Knowing that the standards set for monitoring allow us to ensure that we have confidence in our ability to understand availability and performance of Products. Assigment The contactor must manage the expertise & drive process analysis, audit/re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current and future platforms together with key sponsors and stakeholders. She/He will ensure that the target solution is following ServiceNow best practices and Silva Golden Copy Design and aligned with the Program Mission. Business Process Consultant on ServiceNow ITOM AIOPs : Functional/Technical competencies: - Have a deep understanding and relevant experiences on ITOM AIOPs & Cross Correlation Platform - Have relevant experiences in ServiceNow configuration - Be able to understand the Silva ITOM & ITSM design - Have a relevant project management experience and be able to manage several open topics in parallel and to steer them from end to end - Be able to drive and explain the End to End Process to manage Event Management including AIOPs - Be able to propose approach aligned with the defined convergence objectives - Be able to understand AXA complex organization Soft skills: - Result oriented and relevant delivery. Be able to report clearly to Product Manager - Strong team collaboration spirit - Rigorous and autonomous - Strong oral and written communication skills - English fluent Expected deliverables: - Requirements gathering for a Statement of Work for ITOM AIOPs Foundations - Top-Level Process design and scoping of the target solution - Specify / document all the configuration to be considered - Regular activity reporting on all aspects
