**Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control**: Oversee the quality control processes across various stages of production, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product assessment.

**Testing and Analysis**: Develop and implement testing protocols to assess product quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations. This may involve conducting laboratory tests, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control tests, inspection results, and other relevant data. Prepare reports that detail quality metrics and deviations from standards.

**Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these improvements.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and guidelines related to FMCG products. Ensure that the company's products and practices adhere to these requirements.

**Supplier Audits**: Collaborate with the procurement team to conduct audits and evaluations of suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. Address any non-conformities through corrective actions.

**Training**: Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.

**Problem Solving**: Investigate and analyze customer complaints, product defects, and deviations from quality standards. Develop solutions to address these issues and prevent their recurrence.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with R&D, production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure that product quality is maintained throughout the supply chain.

**Continuous Improvement**: Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance processes and systems.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.

Proven experience (usually 2-5 years) in quality assurance or quality control roles within the FMCG or related industry.

Familiarity with relevant quality standards, regulations, and guidelines (e.g., ISO, HACCP, FDA regulations).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for conducting tests and interpreting data.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality-related information effectively.

Problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and equipment.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes within the FMCG sector and the ability to understand potential points of quality vulnerability.

Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and records effectively.

Adaptability and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations.

Leadership qualities and the ability to lead quality improvement initiatives.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
