**Role Description & Responsibilities**
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Manage control & payment of supplier invoices with adherence to internal control procedures.
- Manage vendor needs by resolving any inquiries & claims.
- Implement all required processes & procedures related to the Group “Purchase-To-Pay” process.
- Work with FP&A team to close expenses in line with planning and the Group accounting principles.

**Qualifications**
- Equipped with degree or professional accounting certification in accounting.
- At least 1-3 years working experience in Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay background. Experience in a shared services environment is an added advantage.
- Possess basic accounting knowledge (Process control, audit & closing). Familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
- Basic fluency in Japanese (spoken & written) with native/professional fluency in Mandarin & English is required for this opportunity.
- Highly self-motivated with strong analytical skills & attention to detail. Equipped with good communication skills & creative thinking capacity.
