**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Ability to converse, read and/ or write in Malay & English (Added advantage Mandarin speaker)
- Good administrative & operational skills.
- Fast learner & able to work under pressure to meet the projects deadline.
- Able to work in a team and work independently.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for the general maintenance of hostels and hostel property.
- Ensure that the staff and students follow the rules and regulations of the University pertaining to hostels.
- Maintain and implement overall discipline, cleanliness, hygiene, health, safety and security at the hostels.
- To monitor the monthly utility bills of the hostels.
- To monitor and ensure that hostels furniture and fittings i.e. bed frame, pillows, fans, etc. are adequate and in good condition.
- Provide primary pastoral support and harmonious residence life of students in the hostels.
- Report to the maintenance division any problems related to electricity supply and repairs that are urgently required.
- Establish and maintain relevant reports/database on hostel-related activities and incidents; and
- Respond to on-site emergencies and make relevant referrals.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate superior / Management.
