**Job Description**:
- Reports problems, potential crises, and complaints to the supervisor for service improvement.
- Works closely with our Business Partners and Panel strategic partners to resolve complaints and uncertain issues.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Language Proficiency in English and Malay. Mandarin and Cantonese will be added advantages.
- Customer oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to adapt to the contact centre working environment, & able to work overtime beyond normal office hours.
- Willing to work in Cyberjaya
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM5,473.47 per month
