**Internship for Account**:
- Perform full sets of accounting
- Perform day-to-day transaction processing in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness on a daily basis.
- Process vendor and inter-company invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Process recurring payment documents.
- Process month end activities e.g., reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
**Internship for Payroll**:
- Responsible for data entry on companys active employee personnel details in system.
- Verify new hire employee documents are collected and save in share drive.
- Assist in system migration data verification.
- Assist HR team to prepare HR-related report as needed.
- Support payroll team on collected documents data verification.
- Perform individual P-filling for existing employees.
- Assist in process improvement transition.
- Assist HR team in pull-out monthly HR report.
**Internship for Recruitment**
- Coordinate with supervisor to define necessary requirements for open vacancy.
- Liaise with supervisor/hiring manager on resume proposal, coordination on interview arrangement and offer extension to successful applicant.
- Browse resume databases and port-folios sites.
- Screen and interview applicants from different channels of jobs portal, perform suitable job match for potential applicants.
- Advertise vacant positions with external networks.
**Internship for Sales and Marketing**
- Opportunity to meet up or talk to people, different level and field of people.
- Opportunity to learn how to organize for event, preparation for marketing material.
- Creative ideas shared among the team for company branding.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Help organize marketing events (If there is any)
- Get involved in Project and assist Supervisor to do cold calling to user.
- Research on new vendor for marketing material used.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/Marketing/Accounting or its equivalent.
- Passionate in handling data verification.
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and to coordinate company activities simultaneously.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to identify and deal with problems.
- Good knowledge in using Pivot Table, V-Lookup with strong analysing skill with Microsoft Excel is added advantages.
- Able to speak and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
