The brief
As the HRSS Manager, you will work closely with your peer to co-manage a dynamic HRSS team, supporting multiple facets of HR, administration, and operations. You must possess strong leadership, love working collaborative and efficiently with others and have a passion to enable others to succeed.

Challenges you’ll tackle (Accountabilities and Responsibilities)
- HR and Admin Support
- Manage the daily HR administration, procurement, and office operations.
- Manage the HR support tickets raised by employees, including coaching of team members and employees.
- Manage employee database systems to ensure data and records are compliant according to the process.
- Manage vendors to result in high compliance to process and excellent service delivery.
- Provide support to other HR functions and departments in terms of policy, process, and people management.
- Lead the annual compliance requirements for various audit processes including, financial, legal, good governance, and any other requirements from local authorities and the follow-throughs stemming from the audits and compliance requirements.
- General Management
- Lead and support various projects from senior management, including employee engagement events and activities, HR escalation, and crisis management.

- Job Requirement
- Over 10 years hands-on of experience as an administrative expert and HR Generalist.
- Experience in initiating, executing, planning, managing, and strategizing to achieve desired outcomes.
- Able to deliver high impact even with a small team.
- Pleasant personality with flexibly to adapt to the environment.
- Able to work with all levels of employees and stakeholders in the organization.
- High sense of ownership and is objective driven.
- Ability to coach employees and offer useful advice.
- Able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
- High level of personal flexibility required, infrequently the work may require working beyond normal working hours, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- High-level comfort using digital tools, familiarity with MS Office is a given.
