Conceptualize and execute creative and visually appealing photos and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio gear.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure high-quality, consistent, and polished final products.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography, and incorporate innovative ideas into our visual content.
- Manage and organize the digital media library, ensuring all assets are appropriately tagged and accessible.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver content within specified deadlines.
- Assist in developing storyboards and scripts for video projects, as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues promptly.

**Job requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles and video projects.
- Proficiency in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, along with knowledge of various lenses and lighting equipment.
- Familiarity with photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom for retouching and post-processing.
- Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life through visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring visual content is of the highest quality and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for visual content creation and engagement.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and lighting to create visually impactful images and videos.
- Flexible and adaptable to work in different environments and handle challenging shooting conditions.
- A degree or diploma in Photography, Videography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional skills in graphic design, animation, or motion graphics would be an advantage.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
