JOB DESCRIPTIONS - Initiate and coordinate contract performance management for Port Operation, Port Engineering & Maintenance, Health Safety, Security, Environment and Quality department - Analyze, support, review, negotiate and administer contractual matters. This includes scope of work, contract extension form, sourcing strategy form, tender plan, variation order - Coordinate as necessary with internal procurement team to achieve optimum results and consistency with the terms and conditions of the contract. - Review and advise documentation for contracts e.g., scope of work, contract extension form, and sourcing strategy form and tender plan. - Initiate and participate in Risk Assessment Decision Making (RADM) for tenders. - Monitoring expiry date, ACV tracking, contract list, details of contract and work together with internal stakeholder to ensure smooth process of contract management. - Assists and involve in the negotiation meeting with contractor i.e., extension of contract, changes to contract etc. - Initiate and participate in supplier periodical engagement to highlight on the contract requirement, and contractor performance. - Support, and whenever necessary and highlight to respective team on the contractual provisions and ensuring resolution of contractual disputes issues in accordance with the respective contracts which led to minimizing any possible impact for the business - Analyze and prepare monthly procurement performance report to KPSB management. - Prepare department monthly report for PEM, Port Operation and HSSEQ - Analyze, gather, and distribute monthly ACV Utilization report monthly to Port Operation, Port Engineering Maintenance, Health Safety, Security, Environment and Quality department QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE - Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Statistic/Finance or in any relevant academic field. - Having a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in contract management activities preferably in Oil & Gas or Maritime Industry. - Possess knowledge in Tenders and Contracts Management procedures and policies and well guided on Government’s directives and Regulations.
