**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be based in the Sales & Marketing Department to provide administration and sales support for the department.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO**:

- Coordinate with sales colleagues to process and complete sales documents and agreements.
- Upload of sales documents into the electronic documents management system (EDMS) for all projects.
- Assist in organizing and coordination of sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events.
- Monitoring and timely follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities with the objective to close sales.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Administration or any other related field.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM750.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
