Manage day-to-day operations of the Registry Office, inclusive of managing the Office’s budget.
- Responsible for the approval, renewal and accreditation of the University licenses and its programmes.
- Provide leadership and appropriate advice to the Management, academic and administrative staff of the University on the latest guidelines and policies set by the local authorities, such as Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).
- Ensure the University and its programmes satisfy the quality standards stipulated by MOHE and MQA.
- Manage all the operating licenses of the University given by the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
- Develop, recommend, and administer the University’s policies and procedures pertaining to the admission and registration of all students.
- Develop, recommend, and administer policies regarding scholarships and study grants.
- Manage overall planning and conduct of convocation and other ceremonial functions.
- Establish close rapport with government agencies, professional bodies, and funding agencies by initiating and maintaining business and social relationships with the relevant parties.
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Preferably with an experience of 10 years or more in a tertiary education institution.
- A good team player, equipped with excellent communication and negotiation skills and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
