**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in retail management
- Have knowledge in current computer software
- Posses strong sales, business acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities, coupled with the capacity to remain composed in high-stress situations while effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide teams for maximum sales performance
- Manage outlet budgets to minimize expenditure and enhance efficiency
- Ensure smooth operations, resolving issues to boost revenues
- Oversee cashier functions, addressing customer and employee concerns
- Maintain cash register accuracy and create a positive work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
