Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform daily office general clerical duties.
- Carry out day-to-day management of office and building environment.
- To liaise with contractors and service providers, cleaning and security team.
- Develop and maintain a positive and strong relationship with the committee, residents/tenants.
- Providing office and building management support in general.
- Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings, AGM, EGM and prepare Minutes of Committee Meeting.
- Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Technician & Handyman.
- To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Administration / Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields.
- Good written and spoken in English.
- Experience in property/facility management is an advantage
- Able to operate in MS Office (especially word and excel).
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
