**Job Descriptions**
- To monitor CCTV footage both live and recorded video, and identify suspicious activity in store
- To report to respective department of any faulty surveillance equipment or blind spots
- To document exception findings and cascade to respective departments for further actions
- To report any fraud activities found during viewing of CCTV footage
- Other duties or assigned by superior from time to time

**Role Requirements**
- Possess IT background and computer liberate
- Required skill(s) : MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good observation skills and attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge in retail disciplinary issue is an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
