As a Tadika Karisma Preschool Mandarin Teacher, you play a crucial role in fostering a positive and enriching learning environment for young children. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the development of language skills, social skills, and a love for learning in children through the use of the Mandarin language.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Language Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Mandarin language lessons that align with the preschool curriculum.
- Introduce basic vocabulary, phrases, and language structures through engaging and interactive activities.
- Foster a Mandarin-speaking environment within the classroom to encourage language acquisition.
- **Curriculum Implementation**:

- Collaborate with the preschool curriculum team to integrate Mandarin language components into the overall curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of young children.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Create a stimulating and organized learning space that encourages exploration and creativity.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and participate in school events to build a strong partnership between the school and parents.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess and evaluate students' language proficiency and developmental progress.
- Use a variety of assessment tools to gauge individual and group achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, particularly in Mandarin language instruction.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM15.00 - RM20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
