- Answer client questions about product and service benefits.
- Analyse trends, data, demographics, and pricing strategies to improve marketing and sales performance.
- Manage social media, digital marketing ads, and online promotional campaigns.
- Monitor performance and provide regular reports to managers and executives.
- Set and review quarterly marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong company image and branding.
- Develop creative marketing strategies to improve sales volume and profit forecasts.
- Maintain websites and analyse data analytics.
- Penetrate new markets and develop new customers.
- Upsell end-to-end solutions (Data Centre services, IT Managed services, Network services, etc.).
- Stay updated on competitor activities.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors or management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media and Communication, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent qualification and experiences
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing roles. Preferably in IT Services or Telecommunication industry.
- Aggressive, customer service oriented, good interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required
- Possess good exposure in Data Centre, IT Services/ Telecommunication / Enterprise industry
- Innovative, Creative and Independence
- Hands-on experience using social media to build brand awareness.
- Experience with graphic design, photo editing, and publishing.
- Ability to identify target audiences’ preferences and produce tailored content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
