Qualification: Min Diploma in Office Management / Human Resources or Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration / Diploma in Office Management
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office SQL Accounting, minute writing, technical writing and general writing, documentation skill and communication skill.
- Friendly working environment, Willing to learn, multitasking, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, able to perform ad-hoc task, professional and punctual.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Greeting and assisting clients/visitors to the office
- Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
